Chicago's public schools are facing a billion dollar deficit next year and CEO Ron Huberman is warning of big cuts, including re-opening the teacher's contract.
The union that represents the city's 32-thousand teachers says that's a non-starter.
Marilyn Stewart is President of the Chicago teacher's union. She joins us this week on Fox Chicago Sunday.
