Funeral services for Derrion Albert, a teen who was viciously beaten to death outside Fenger High School last week, were held Saturday morning at a South Side church.
Services for the of 16-year-old will he conducted at Greater Mount Hebron Church, 8000 S. Wood St., from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. Visitation will begin at 10 a.m., according to a release from Roseland CeaseFire.
Following the funeral, burial services will be held at Washington Memorial Gardens at 183rd and Halsted in Homewood, where the teen's grandmother is also buried, the release said.
A memorial fund has been set up to help pay for funeral services. The PayPal account was set up at Park National Bank in the Roseland community.

The family is requesting all media remain outside during funeral services.
