Pluot Salsa

Try a fresh salsa with the sweetness of fruit balanced with the heat of traditional salsa ingredients! This is a great dish for a hot summer night. Serve it with our Wild Harvest black bean tortilla chips that have some fiber per serving, or over your favorite grilled pork, fish, or chicken as directed for a summer treat.

Pluot Salsa

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: n/a
Amount: about 2 ½ cups

Ingredients:
1 pound Farm Stand® Pluots, chopped
¼ cup chopped green onions
¼ cup chopped cilantro
1 red jalapeño, seeded, chopped
Juice from ½ lime
½ teaspoon ground cumin

Directions:

  1. In medium bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined. Salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Serve with fish, chicken or pork.
