Grilled Chile-Lime Salmon


Salmon has heart smart omega-3’s! It’s great on its own, but for interest on the plate this summer, try some of these delicious variations. Grilling fish is a super simple (and fun!) way to get your seafood twice a week for health benefits.

Grilled Chile-Lime Salmon

Prep Time: 10 minutes + marinating
Grill Time: 10 minutes
Amount: 4 servings

4 (4 ounce) Arctic Shores® Salmon Fillets
¼ cup Jewel® Olive Oil
¼ cup fresh squeezed lime juice
2 tablespoons chopped wild harvest® Organic Fresh Cilantro
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 teaspoons ground chipotle chile powder or chili powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
½ teaspoon Jewel® Salt


  1. Pat salmon dry with clean paper towels. Place salmon in a 1-gallon recloseable food storage bag.
  2. In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Pour over salmon; seal bag. Gently toss to coat salmon. Refrigerate 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
  3. Prepare grill to medium heat. Remove salmon from marinade; discard bag. Place salmon, skin-side-up, on grill. Grill until golden brown. Carefully turn salmon over and continue cooking until salmon flakes easily with a fork (about 10 minutes per inch of thickness).
