Long Deliberations in Blagojevich Trial Good: Conti
Nine days of deliberations have now come and gone and there is still no verdict in the corruption retrial of ex-Governor Rod Blagojevich. Defense attorney Karen Conti joined us to discuss what she thinks is taking the jury so long.
Conti said the deliberations are taking about as much time as expected, and it’s a good sign that the jury is making its decision carefully. She also said the lack of notes indicates a lack of contention.
