Grilled Sirloin Salad

Posted:

This salad is a great way to include beef on a balanced diet. We are starting with a loin cut which we know is a better choice in terms of fat and calories, and then we are serving a portioned amount over a crisp salad. The avocado and oil based dressing are a heart smart type of fat, and if you wish to use blue cheese, use a smaller amount of the traditional kind or try a reduced fat version.
