Salmon provides heart smart omega 3’s and it’s a tasty way to work towards the recommendation of eating seafood twice a week for health benefits. Try this twist by making your own salmon burger – it’s a fun way to serve fish and it looks like a restaurant quality meal. Fat free and reduced fat feta cheese are available to help with fat and calories. You can also make the sauce with light sour cream and yogurt, too.
