Try this twist by making your own salmon burger – it’s a fun way to serve fish and it looks like a restaurant quality meal. Fat free and reduced fat feta cheese are available to help with fat and calories. You can also make the sauce with light sour cream and yogurt, too.
Salmon Burgers with Dill Caper Sauce

Ingredients:
1 pound Pier 14 Signature Salmon, skin removed, cut into 1-inch chunks
1 cup Japanese-style Panko bread crumbs
1 (4 ounce) package crumbled feta cheese, divided
½ cup fresh spinach leaves, chopped
2 Jewel® Large Eggs, beaten
3 tablespoons chopped green onions, divided
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill, divided
2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice, divided
2 tablespoons capers, drained and chopped
¼ cup Jewel® Sour Cream
¼ cup Jewel® Plain Yogurt
1 teaspoon lemon zest
6 Jewel® Hamburger Buns
