Some Chicago parents are demanding answers about the arrest of a school bus driver who was allowed to continue working despite an investigation for sexual assault of a student.
Antonio Ross, 27, is being held on charge of kidnapping a student to proposition her earlier this year.
He was already under investigation for the sexual assault of a special education student in 2009.
A parents' group says it is outraged that Ross apparently had his license renewed by Jewel’s Bus Co. during the first investigation.
The Chicago Tribune is reporting that the president of Jewel’s is one of Ross' family members.
