A suburban security firm is suing the parents of Riley Fox for an unpaid bill.

The 3-year-old Wilmington girl was murdered in 2004.

Her father, Kevin Fox, was charged in the murder, but DNA evidence eventually cleared him.

The security firm claimed the Foxes hired them to investigate the case but never paid the $70,000 bill.

Kevin Fox was awarded more than $15 million in damages after he was released from jail.

Another man now is serving a life sentence after he pleaded guilty to the girl's murder.
