Board Investigates Irregularities in ISATs at 33 Schools

The State Board of Education is investigating "irregularities" involving the Illinois Standards Achievement Test (ISAT).

The Chicago Sun-Times reports that test irregularities were found in 33 public schools, including nine in Chicago.

The board is now looking into if cheating was involved in any of the cases.

Scores from the affected tests were not counted towards schools' overall performance.
