Dessert can be part of a smart menu! Choose a recipe with better ingredients, and look for an idea that is fruit based. An apple crisp is a delicious way to end a meal that typically contains less calories than that usual two crust pie. This one leaves the skins on the apples to preserve that fiber in those tasty fruits, too.
