Even better - you can make it ahead so when you come home tired from holiday shopping, it’s a delicious balanced meal with pretty much every food group present. Walnuts provide Omega-3s for the heart and those veggies and cherries layer nutrients right into every forkful. One bowl meals? A very stress-free way to eat better this holiday season.

Amount: 10 (1 ½ cup) servings
Ingredients:
1 (12 ounce) package Jewel ® Farfalle Pasta
3 cups torn up leftover turkey (12 ounces)
1 cup chopped celery
½ cup chopped red onion
1 (6 ounce) package dried cherries
½ cup Jewel ® Low Fat Plain Yogurt
¼ cup light mayonnaise
¼ cup low fat buttermilk
2 tablespoons Jewel® Red Wine Vinegar
1 tablespoon wild harvest® Dijon Mustard
2 teaspoons poppy seeds
