Greater Chicago Food Depository Collecting Food Donations at Merchandise Mart

FOX Chicago is teaming up with the Greater Chicago Food Depository to help beat hunger this holiday season.

Patrick Elwood was at the Merchandise Mart Tuesday, where the depository hosted "Sharing It Day."

They have been doing this for 29 years now.

If you'd like to donate you can drop off non-perishable food item to the merchandise mart until 3 p.m.
