Asparagus & Prosciutto Crackers

Decorate on the plate! Use holiday colored fruits and veggies for all your menus. It’s an easy way to bring produce to the party with a burst of nutrition, too!

Asparagus & Prosciutto Crackers

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Grill Time: 6-8 minutes
Amount: 12 servings

Ingredients:
12 fresh asparagus, trimmed
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
2 (3 ounce) packages Culinary Circle® Prosciutto Slices, halved
24 pieces Culinary Circle® Shaved Parmesan Cheese
24 Culinary Circle® Vegetable Entertainment Crackers

Directions:

  1. Drizzle asparagus with olive oil; salt and pepper to taste. Place on medium hot grill or in a sauté pan.
  2. Cook asparagus until crisp tender. Remove from grill; cut in half.
  3. Wrap asparagus half with a slice of prosciutto. Place on a cracker and top with a shaving of Parmesan cheese.
