A federal judge ordered a Chicago Tribune reporter to turn over her notes regarding a controversial juror in the William Cellini case, the paper reported Monday.
Cellini was convicted last month of shaking down a Hollywood producer for campaign contributions to then Gov. Rod Blagojevich.
The Tribune revealed that a female juror had concealed her criminal record during jury selection.
The Tribune fought the subpoena, but Judge James Zagel said reporter Annie Sweeney must turn over her notes regarding conversations with the juror.
Cellini's lawyers want the guilty verdict thrown out.
