
A football party is fun with friends and great food. Try this sassy shrimp idea for a Chicago-style party dish! Not having people over? Then try the tip as a salad entrée – talk about an easy way to “wow” the family!

Amount: 4 servings
Ingredients
1 teaspoon dehydrated minced onion
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 pound Arctic Shores™ frozen tail-on cooked shrimp, thawed
serve with Mango Salsa

Tips & suggestions
Simply serve as an hors d'oeuvre. Serve over a lettuce salad with strawberries, mangoes, toasted slivered almonds and ranch dressing. Sauté in a pan until heated through and serve over a bed of rice. Or place shrimp on a skewer and grill until heated through.
Mango Salsa:
In medium bowl, combine 3/4 cup diced pineapple, 3/4 cup diced mango, 1/4 cup chopped red onion, 1 tablespoon finely diced jalapeño pepper, 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro and a pinch of salt. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
