Chicago Chefs Fight Child Hunger with 'Taste of Nation' Event

A big charity event is happening Thursday night and is promising good food and drink to everyone who attends.
The event, called "Taste of the Nation", is put on by the group Share Our Strength. Mindy Segal, of Hot Chocolate in Bucktown, is in charge of the event. It is fundraiser to end child hunger and 100 percent of the proceeds will stay in Chicago to help kids in need.
Food from 60 of Chicago's best chefs is promised, as well as beer fom local beer companies.
It takes place at the Aragon Ballroom on W. Lawrence in Uptown. The event begins at 7 p.m. and runs until 10 p.m.
