FBI arrests Crestwood man in connection with bank robbery

CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) -

FBI agents say they have arrested a 32-year-old Crestwood man in connection with the April 4, 2012 robbery of the CNB Bank and Trust located at 5459 West 159th in Oak Forest, Illinois.

Authorities say John P. Sikorski was taken into custody without incident in the 3900 block of South Cicero Avenue in Cicero.

Sikorski was charged in a criminal complaint filed in U.S. District Court in Chicago with one count of Bank Robbery, which is a felony offense. Authorities say he will appear in U.S. District Court in Chicago, at which time he will be formally charged. They have not yet released information on when that will be.
