Blagojevich could face another indictment

Criminal charges against Rod Blagojevich could be changing.

A grand jury is expected to hand up a new indictment, with the underlying accusations staying the same.

The problem is that the Supreme Court may strike down a federal law cited in the original indictment.

Blagojevich is scheduled to go on trial on June 3.

Prosecutors say the new indictment should cause little or no delay.
