Kori's Shoutout: N. Illinois Food Bank

How about a Good Day Shoutout to some folks who are putting in the time now so less fortunate families can have an enjoyable Thanksiving.

The Northern Illinois Food Bank's Holiday Meal Box Campaign is underway for its tenth year.

The goal is to feed 28,000 families and already 14,000 packages have been assembled.

Volunteers have been packing boxes every Saturday since Halloween.

Among them these 200 or so people from Jewel-Osco who sent the pictures and gave their time.
