How about a Good Day Shoutout to some beauticians who were working for a cause.

These pictures are from from Empire Beauty School's National Day of Beauty. At first glance it looks like a regular day there but it's not.

All of the money raised from haircuts, skin nail services went to family shelter services in Hanover Park and the Wings Shelter in Palatine.

Three Empire Salons in the area took part in the fundraiser.
