A Minnesota woman with a taste for White Castle went to the fast food restaurant at closing and wasn't allowed inside. The drive thru was still open though, so Ariel Wade pulled her motorized wheelchair to the window, but was turned away. The restaurant said it was afraid she'd get hit by a car. Now, Wade is taking her case to court.
"They say it's a safety issue. I say hooey," said Wade.
"We just decided that it's much safer than having somebody either walk through the drive-thru or on a bike or on a motorized scooter," said Ken Wilhelm of White Castle.
Wade has arthritis and goes everywhere in her motorized wheelchair. She says she's not looking for a payday, only equal opportunity for all.
