Chicago - Yellow Transportation has been ordered to turn over the names and phone numbers of its black employees who worked at its Chicago Ridge terminal as part of a federal lawsuit filed last year.
The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has sued Yellow Transportation, alleging that black workers at the terminal were subjected to racial harassment.
The company has denied that any harassment took place.
The terminal was closed last year.
