Chicago - The clock is ticking for Rod Blagojevich.

Not in court, but rather at a storage facility holding a vast collection of his belongings.

Blagojevich is delinquent on storage fees and if he doesn't make an attempt to settle his debt, all his belongings will go up for auction.

"We've been trying to get ahold of Mr. Blagojevich," said Joe Saverino, CFO of Boyer-Rosene Moving & Storage. "We've been talking to his attorney and were just trying to get the amount that's due for the storage fees."

A Boyer-Rosene attorney has put the delinquent sum at more than $100,000. The Blagojevich campaign organization "Friends of Blagojevich" opened the storage account in 2002, but the attorney says Blagojevich himself is ultimately responsible for payment.

The disgraced former Governor's belongings include a statue of his idol, Elvis Presley, and the contents of seven 5-foot-by-7-foot wooden storage units. The company isn't sure what's in the storage units, but believes they contain campaign papers and files.

Blagojevich now has a matter of days to resolve his debt. The storage facility plans to auction off the statue and the contents of all seven containers on Saturday, August 14th. All proceeds will go to Children's Memorial Hospital, which ironically Blagojevich is accused of ripping off.
