    Chicago - The Rod Blagojevich defense has subpoenaed White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel to testify at his upcoming trial, the Chicago Sun-Times is reporting.

    Blagojevich attorney Shelly Sorosky told the Sun-Times that the defense has subpoenaed Emanuel as a "critical" witness, given that he has been identified as a victim of extortion in the case.
