Quinn Heading to Germany to Visit Troops

Chicago - Gov. Pat Quinn is heading to Germany this afternoon.

Quinn will deliver holiday cards to wounded troops at Landstuhl Medical Center.

He'll also make a stop at Ramstein Air Base.

This is Quinn's second overseas troop visit.

In July, he was in Iraq.
