Chicago - Leo's Coney Island, the Detroit hot dog institution, may be opening another location in Chicago.
In February, Leo's opened its first location on Southport Ave.
Now, they're looking to open an express location in The Loop.
Leo's is famous for its chili, and its signature Coney Dog is topped with chili, mustard and onions.
