Chicago - Prosecutors in Rockford say they will seek the death penalty against a woman charged with killing her newborn girl.
Katie Stockton, 29, is accused of leaving her newborn's body in a plastic bag near her parents’ home in 2004.
She has pleaded not guilty in that case.
Two other infant skeletons were found in the trunk of an impounded car that was registered to Stockton, but she has not been charged in those deaths.
