Teen Texting Crash Video Chilling Lesson

Teenage drivers in Illinois who want a driver's license will have to watch a graphic video about the dangers of texting while driving before they get one. It's a "scared straight" video that's already playing in Britian and Illinois Secretary of State Jesse White says he wants it here. Nancy Pender says it's hard to watch, but you'll get the message.
