Man Charged With Raping Woman On Northwest Side

A man was charged overnight with raping a woman on the Northwest side.

Last night a neighor heard a scream, and then saw a man dragging her into an alley near Armitage and Damen.

That neighbor called police. Officers say they found Damario McNeil pulling up his pants.

McNeil took off, but was later caught. Police are checking to see if McNeil raped three other women in the area.

He will be in bond court later today.
