BGA Executive Director Andy Shaw Talks About `Jeans Day' Decision

Chicago - Two months ago when the controversy around "Jeans Day" helped derail her political ambitions, Cook County Circuit Court Clerk Dorothy Brown said she had no plans to pull the plug on the cash-collecting operation.

But now a memo obtained by Fox Chicago News shows she is shutting it down, and blaming the media and angry workers for the change.
