Video from inside Gateway Center

FOX 35 has obtained video shot from inside the Gateway Center during the November 6 shooting rampage. In the video to the left , Mark Vella, who recorded the video, speaks to the media after he got out of the building

Vella works for a company on the 12th floor of the Gateway Center and recorded the video during the shooting rampage.

On the tape you hear Vella and a co-worker as they watch the commotion outside.

“Someone’s been shot. That guys been shot. That guy over there has been shot. Oh my God and that woman right there. Somebody is down. Lock the doors.”

He and his co-workers locked the doors and barricaded them with file cabinets.
