Brother Charged in Dolton Boy¿s Shooting Death

    Chicago - Criminal charges have been filed after the shooting death of Kyree Davis , an 8-year-old boy, in south suburban Dolton.

    At the time police think Davis and his 11-year-old brother were playing with a gun that they found inside the home.

    Brandon Upshaw, 21, has been charged with felony child endangerment. He's the victim’s older brother.

    Police aren't saying exactly how he is involved.
