Chicago, IL. - A 17-year-old girl sitting on a neighbor’s porch was wounded in a gang-related shooting Thursday night in the Southwest Side’s Little Village neighborhood.

Police said the girl was sitting on a front porch in the 3000 block of South Kolin Avenue when a man armed with handgun yelled "king love" and fired four or five shots just before 9 p.m.

The teen, who lived in a residence across the street, was shot in the foot and taken to Mount Sinai Hospital in "stable" condition, police said.

Harrison Area detectives are investigating, but nobody is in custody Friday morning.
