Stroger Talks Secession Vote

Cook County Board President Todd Stroger today spoke out about the three suburban towns that voted to secede from the county. He says they are free to go although he thinks they don't realize the services they'll miss. He spoke with Mike Barz and Jan Jeffcoat.
