In Studio - It has been a controversial battle from day one but this week, Cook County commissioners fell short of rolling back president Todd Stroger's sales tax hike by one vote. President Stroger and commissioner Deborah Sims, who decided not to veto the tax, visited Good Day Chicago this morning to talk about the controversial vote. When asked how would Stroger grade himself so far…the president said he has done an A+ job.
