Michael Seng Discusses Supreme Court Gun Hearing

Although the final decision could be months away, comments by justices at Tuesday’s hearing signal that the Supreme Court may have the majority votes needed to overturn Chicago's gun ban.

The argument has been shaped as debate over federal laws and whether they should be applied to state and city regulations.

Professor Michael Seng is with John Marshall Law School and he joins us with more.
