Chicago - Arizona’s immigration law that went into effect Thursday has launched discussions on why states need immigration laws and how they can be achieved.

Policy Director Fred Tsao, of the Illinois Coalition for Immigrant and Refugee Rights, started a different discussion.

He joined us to talk about why such laws can discriminate against some people.
