Accused Killer of Jennifer Hudson's Mom, Brother, Back in Court

William Balfour will be back in a Cook County courtroom today, for a status hearing on his case.

Balfour is accused of murdering the mother, brother and nephew of Oscar winner Jennifer Hudson.

It was a year ago this week that Hudson's mother and brother were found dead at the mother's home on the city’s south side.

The nephew's body was found later in an SUV.

Balfour was the estranged husband of Hudson's sister
