I'm the weekend Meteorologist at FOX Chicago News. I can also be seen during the noon show, Wednesday through Friday.

My educational background includes a B.A. in Meteorology/ Earth Science from Kean University as well as an A.A. from Gloucester County College.

People ask me all the time how I got started in this field and it's a pretty funny story. As a kid my dream was to break the St. Louis Cardinals single season stolen base record. Every day I either ran sprints with weights strapped to my back or studied video tapes trying to improve my speed off of first base. But then the darndest thing happened one day. I realized I wasn't going to play pro ball. I figured I'd better come up with a pretty good back up plan.

When I entered high school not only did I still want to play Baseball but now I had visions of intercepting passes in the NFL and high stepping it down the sideline. Clearly my focus was solely on playing sports. But on a scorching hot afternoon during the summer of my senior year I began noticing strange and interesting cloud formations while crabbing along the Delaware Bay in southern New Jersey. I was amazed with how quickly the weather seemed to change. That then sparked a new interest in my life and after having a long conversation with my grandmother (who I credit for being where I am today) my future was sealed.

Shortly after graduation I landed my first job as a behind the scenes weather producer for WPVI-TV in Philadelphia. Their competing station in the market at that time was NBC 10 who's weather was then anchored by none other then our own Chief Meteorologist Amy Freeze. Who would of thought just a few years later we would be a part of the same team!

My other experience includes serving as Chief Meteorologist for WNKY-TV in Bowling Green and becoming the weekend meteorologist for WHP-TV in Harrisburg.

In my spare time I enjoy running and lifting weights. I took part in the Harrisburg Half Marathon in 2008 and plan to run more half's in the upcoming future. I have an identical twin brother Gary and a younger brother Jason who both currently reside in New Jersey.
