    Authorities say a student pilot and an instructor have been killed after their small plane crashed into a freight train at an Albany-area railroad yard. Officials in the town of Bethlehem, New York, say the single-engine Cessna 172 Skyhawk took off from South Albany Airport at 4:50 p.m. Monday and soon afterward crashed into a rail car at the nearby CSX yard just south of Albany.
