ROSEMONT, Ill. (AP) - Sylvia Fowles had 21 points, 10 rebounds and four blocked shots to help the Chicago Sky beat the Indiana Fever 60-57 last night. Epiphanny Prince added 13 points for the Sky. The Sky shot 16 of 17 from the free-throw line while the Fever were 9 for 20.

CHICAGO (AP) - Anthony Rizzo hit two home runs to lead the Chicago Cubs to a 6-0 victory over the San Diego Padres last night. Rizzo became the first National League player to reach 25 homers this season. He hit 23 homers in 160 games last season. Emilio Bonifacio, Wellington Castillo and Justin Ruggiano had two hits apiece for the Cubs.

CHICAGO (AP) - Mike Moustakas homered twice as the Kansas City Royals snapped a four-game losing streak with a 7-1 rout of the Chicago White Sox on Tuesday night. Moustakas went 3 for 5 with three RBIs. The Royals entered the game with a major league-worst 55 homers and had managed a total of six runs during the losing streak.

CHICAGO (AP) - The Chicago Cubs took another step toward the future as they designated second baseman Darwin Barney for assignment. Second baseman Emilio Bonifacio was activated from the disabled list yesterday to take Barney's place on the roster. Bonifacio had been out since June 13th because of strained right oblique.
